The TSS Earnslaw in all its glory! I bloomin love this boat.
On day 28 of my Tour Aotearoa I cycled like a bat out of hell to make it on to the 10am crossing. I gave it every ounce of energy my body had and made it with two minutes to spare. The captain let me on himself and at the end of the trip gave me a thumbs up for the sketch I'd done on the windy deck.
The mountains on this short cruise were one of the main things that pulled me back to Queenstown. I owe this little boat a lot and it makes me feel all warm and fuzzy every time I see it.
